90% Of our orders are sent out same day and customers usually get them within 2 days.it is 24 hours delivery for UK mainland. This is the service we use but it is not guaranteed. Please make sure some one is available to receive the order as if it has to be signed for. You can choose a delivery address is you like but goods will not be left unsigned for. If no one is at home then a card will be left informing you that a delivery has failed. After card notification and no response the goods will be held at your sorting office or depot We cannot deliver to you if you are not at home..So please check with the depot or nearest post office to see if your goods have been left there. All orders in before 2 pm will be sent out that day. This,however, does not guarantee next day delivery.We cannot guarantee next day as it is out of our control once it leaves our premises. Deliveries are Monday to Friday and no weekend or bank holiday delivery. It can be arranged to send goods out for Saturday delivery but this is an extra charge. Next day delivery only includes Monday to Friday and not weekends.
If you decide that something you ordered doesn't fit or isn't exactly what you want, we'll take it back as a return. Just send your unwashed, unused and unworn item to us within 14 days of shipment with a receipt. We'll issue a credit to your credit card. If we believe the product you've returned has been damaged, washed, worn, used or tampered with in anyway we'll send it back to you as soon as possible. Goods must be returned in undamaged packaging. We are not responsible for the return cost of postage to us. This does not apply to underwear which we cannot refund once tried on.If we have sent out wrong items then we will pay cost of return postage but this must not be special delivery or next day by 12 noon or special times.If you are out of the 14 day return time we may and in some cases do charge an administration fee.If it is over month then we charge £5 administrate charges.
Of course if there's a defect, we'll make things right. All our products are covered under our warranty against material and manufacturing defects.. If the company determines that a product has a material or manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it. If we find that there is no default or the item has been tampered with or damaged by yourself we will return the product to you. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time. Goods sent back without the proper packaging or damaged boxes. Please do not send boots or shoes back with address labels and sellotape stuck to the shoe box. Please wrap the shoe for boot box in a bag or wrapping . If the box is damaged then we cannot sell the footwear. We reserve the right to charge up to £10 for handling and new boxes. If after 14 days we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
If you request a parcel to be left in a safe place, if you are not at home, then you are responsible for the parcel as it will not be signed for.
